Refund Policy

At BAM Threads, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, custom, and made-to-order designs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, most sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or for any reason other than a fault on our part. If a product is defective due to our error, we will gladly offer a solution.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for these items. Please provide proof of the defect or error, such as photographs, to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom Orders: All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Size/Fit Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please refer to our size guide before making a purchase to ensure you select the correct size.

Return Process

Contact Us: If you believe your product is faulty, contact us at bamthreads@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

 

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

 

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and approving the refund. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you are eligible for an exchange due to a faulty item, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost once the original item is received and inspected.
